Descargar and bajarse both mean to download although bajarse is more colloquial.

The word 'internet' doesn't sound very Spanish does it?
No, not really but it is the one that is used. As is e-mail. There is a Spanish equivalent (correo electrónico) but e-mail seems to be more widely used.
Purists may object.
